Cyprus – The Island Where Aphrodite Was Born
Where better to say “I do” than here, between white cliffs and the turquoise sea, on the island where Aphrodite, the goddess of love, emerged from the foam.
Late April is one of the best times for a wedding in Cyprus. These two tied the knot at the Golden Beach Hotel in Paralimni. With about 20 friends and family members, they celebrated in style. After the ceremony, we took a bus ride to Cavo Cave and back to the hotel for an endless feast of Cypriot mezze, followed by a refreshing swim in the villa pool where the couple stayed.

These photos were taken the second day after the wedding, and here’s my wedding tip: the best time for a couple’s shoot during a destination wedding is two days after the ceremony, when you’re relaxed, full of experiences, and these photos capture your first moments as a married couple.
